Jake joined the KRI Team in 2024 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s Client Success Team located in our Miami, Florida office.  He is extremely passionate about helping people create wealth through real estate, whether that is through passively investing or by doing their own deals. 

Previously, Jake was part of an investor relations team that was focused on the medical office space.  Prior to that, Jake was the Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Cardone Capital where he led the team to add more than $700 million in capital raised, personally raising more than $110 million.  While at Cardone Capital, he also enjoyed playing a consultative role to his clients helping them navigate the multifamily real estate investing world.

Jake is originally from Dallas, Texas.  He received his B.B.A. from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business with a degree in accounting.  He currently lives in Miami with his wife and son and enjoys staying active, whether it’s through sports, exercise, travel, or exploring new culinary adventures.
