By participating in KRI’s Programs you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
KRI’s Programs are not affiliated with any of the multifamily investment funds offered by KRI and as such, nothing in these programs should be interpreted as an invitation to invest in any of those funds. Such invitation can only be made through certain subscription documents including the relevant Private Placement Memorandum, Operating Agreement, and Subscription Agreement provided by said fund.
The information, worksheets, spreadsheets, checklists, handouts, sample documents, etc. provided in KRI‘s Programs are intended to be for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon without verifying their accuracy or revising them to suit your individual situation. The spreadsheets provided are provided “unlocked” which means they can be revised at any time to suit any specific situation.
It is understood that allowing users to revise these spreadsheets and documents greatly increases the risk that they may not function as initially intended and as such, users agree to take extra care to verify that the results generated by said worksheets or documents are accurate.
It is understood that investing in real estate is inherently risky. You can lose some or all your principal. It is understood that the participation in, or completion of, a KRI Program does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a multifamily property, nor does it guarantee that you will make money pursuing such endeavor. Finally, you acknowledge that no such promise of success or profit has been made either orally or in writing by KRI, its employees or representatives.
It is understood that the information provided in KRI’s Programs, including all videos, documents, handouts, spreadsheets, workbooks, checklists, etc., should not be construed as rendering legal, tax, or financial advice and before entering into any real estate transaction, you will consult your own financial, legal, tax, and other qualified advisors.
All payments for the Course must be made in full before gaining access unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon. If using a payment plan, failure to complete payments in a timely fashion will result in suspension or termination of access to KRI’s Programs.
We stand behind the quality of our Programs and are confident they will provide value. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to realestate@kripartners.com and include proof of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, regardless of your progress in the Course. Refunds are not available for partial Program completion, coaching sessions that have already been delivered, failure to engage with the materials, or technical difficulties due to user error.
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of KRI Partners, LLC. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any materials without first obtaining written permission.
KRI Programs are intended for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.
By enrolling in a KRI Program, you agree to hold KRI Partners, LLC and its employees, directors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Course.
These terms are subject to change at any time. Participants will be notified of updates via email or announcements on the Course platform.
